1. Human Resources Officer: Service Benefits

  • Salary: R308,154 per annum (Level 07)
  • Location: Cape Town

  • Requirements: A National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources with at least 3 years of experience, or a Senior Certificate with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Key Duties: This role involves administrative support, assisting with workshops, conferences, and reports, ensuring records are well maintained, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

2. Accounting Clerk (Three Posts)

  • Salary: R216,417 per annum (Level 05)
  • Location: Cape Town

  • Requirements: Grade 12 (with Mathematics and/or Accounting) and at least 1 year of experience in a finance environment.
  • Key Duties: You’ll be responsible for managing transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records in line with departmental regulations and financial systems.

3. Human Resource Clerk (Multiple Posts)

  • Salary: R216,417 per annum (Level 05)
  • Location: Cape Town
  • Reference: 192
  • Requirements: A Senior Certificate and experience in recruitment and selection functions.
  • Key Duties: Responsibilities include updating databases, assisting with selection interviews, and handling administrative duties related to recruitment processes.

4. Registry Clerk: Service Benefits (Two Posts)

  • Salary: R216,417 per annum (Level 05)
  • Location: Cape Town
  • Reference: 172
  • Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in registry management.
  • Key Duties: This role includes file management, mail sorting, and assisting with the disposal of records as per the National Archives Act.

5. Human Resource Clerk: Work Skills Plan (WSP)

  • Salary: R216,417 per annum (Level 05)
  • Location: Cape Town
  • Reference: 167
  • Requirements: A Senior Certificate with experience in HRD and a valid driver’s license.
  • Key Duties: This position involves assisting with the development and monitoring of the department’s Work Skills Plan, training reports, and managing relevant databases for skills development.

6. Administration Clerk: District Circuit

  • Salary: R216,417 per annum (Level 05)
  • Location: Cape Town
  • Reference: 165
  • Requirements: Senior Certificate with knowledge of clerical duties and data capturing.
  • Key Duties: Providing general administrative support, assisting with supply chain clerical tasks, and supporting the component’s financial administration.

7. Operator: Reprographic Services (Two Posts)

  • Salary: R183,279 per annum (Level 04)
  • Location: Cape Town

  • Requirements: Grade 10 (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of experience in a printing environment.
  • Key Duties: Operating high-volume printing and sealing equipment, ensuring quality control of printed materials, and maintaining security protocols.
