1. Finance Specialist (24-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Job Purpose:
The Finance Specialist will support the CFO with external audits, track and resolve audit findings, and offer strategic financial support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage audit requests and findings.
- Provide financial management and strategic support.
- Monitor compliance with audit and financial regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BCom Hons in Accounting/Finance.
- Completed articles.
- 2 years of relevant post-articles finance experience.
- High proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

2. Chief Information Officer (CIO) – 5-Year Fixed Term Contract
Job Purpose:
As the CIO, you’ll define the ICT vision, align technology needs with NLC’s strategic goals, and lead the governance and development of ICT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the ICT strategy.
- Lead ICT leadership, governance, and operations.
- Ensure that ICT developments align with NLC’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Informatics, Computer Science, or Data Sciences (NQF 7).
- Master’s degree in ICT or related fields (NQF 9) is a plus.
- 10+ years of technical experience, including 5 years at an executive ICT level.
Salary: R3,047,100 (Negotiable)

3. Payroll Specialist (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Job Purpose:
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of monthly payroll runs, and ensuring compliance with statutory payroll requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review payroll runs for accuracy and validity.
- Ensure timely statutory submissions and compliance.
- Support payroll-related queries and process reviews.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources (Payroll) or Finance Management.
- Registered Tax Practitioner.
- 5+ years of relevant payroll experience.
- Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite is advantageous.
