1. Registry Clerk (X2 Posts)
Salary: R216,417 per annum (Level 05), plus benefits
Location: Pretoria
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Knowledge of registry duties and practices, including data capture and document storage
- No prior experience required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and official documents
- Maintain filing and record management systems
- Ensure compliance with registry protocols and assist in document archiving

2. Driver/Messenger (X2 Posts)
Salary: R183,279 per annum (Level 04), plus benefits
Location: Pretoria
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Valid driver’s license and 1-2 years’ experience as a driver/messenger
- Knowledge of road traffic rules and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver departmental documents
- Transport employees and guests to destinations
- Maintain accurate records of trips and vehicle usage

3. Food Service Aid (X2 Posts)
Salary: R155,148 per annum (Level 03), plus benefits
Location: Pretoria
Requirements:
- NQF Level 1 and 2 General Certificate/Elementary Certificate
- No prior experience required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with catering support services and maintain food hygiene standards
- Prepare food and beverages (tea, coffee, snacks)
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and report waste/losses
