- Experience in transport management and road safety programs

- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Transport Management
- Duties: Register Taxi Associations, arrange operating licenses, issue permits, and manage revenue collection.
4. State Accountant: Financial Control (Post 08/58)

- Duties: Process creditors’ payments, consolidate district budgets, compile financial reports, and monitor expenditure.
