- 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Mailchimp, and Canva.
- Proficiency in web content management and social media.
- Develop and enhance the department’s corporate identity and brand.
- Design and implement communication campaigns and products.
- Manage social media campaigns and website analytics.
- Provide media liaison and event management support.
