Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate misconduct and disciplinary processes.
  • Represent the province at disciplinary hearings.
  • Manage labour-related disputes and grievances.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in Labour Relations or Labour Law (NQF Level 6).
  • 3 years of experience as a Labour Relations Officer.
  • Knowledge of relevant public service regulations.

2. District Information Technology Officer (3 Posts)

Salary: R444 036 – R532 602 per annum (Level 09)

Locations:

  • Eastern Cape: OR Tambo
  • KwaZulu-Natal: Umzinyathi
  • North West: Dr Ruth Mompati

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure.
  • Install and configure hardware like routers, servers, and printers.
  • Support DHA systems and manage IT assets.

Requirements:

  • A qualification in IT or related field (NQF Level 6).
  • 3 years of technical IT experience.
  • Knowledge of Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS).

3. Assistant Director: Administration

Location: Head Office: Tshwane

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budget and finance operations.
  • Provide operational support to the Chief Director.
  • Ensure compliance with asset management and procurement frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Public Administration or related field (NQF Level 6).
  • 3 years of experience as a Senior Administrative Officer.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and public service regulations.

4. Civic Services Clerk (Re-advertisement)

Salary: R255 450 – R300 912 per annum (Level 06)

Location: Mpumalanga: Mkobola

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process civic service applications (birth, death, marriage, travel documents).
  • Provide administrative support to the office.
