1. Stakeholder Relations Specialist
Location: CSA Head Office, Melrose Estate, Johannesburg

This position involves maintaining and enhancing CSA’s relationships with key stakeholders, managing public relations efforts, and ensuring the effective communication of CSA’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen CSA’s relationships with key stakeholders, partners, sponsors, and media.
- Develop communication strategies and deliver messages that align with CSA’s goals.
- Coordinate corporate relations and public affairs efforts to boost CSA’s brand and visibility.
- Oversee the execution of stakeholder engagement projects and campaigns.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations (NQF 7) or equivalent qualification.
- Postgraduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations (NQF 8) will be an advantage.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Stakeholder Relations, Corporate Relations, or Public Affairs.
- At least 3 years’ experience in communications.
- Project management experience is a plus.
2. IT Systems Administrator
Location: CSA Head Office, Melrose Estate, Johannesburg
Closing Date: 10 January 2025
The IT Systems Administrator role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in IT infrastructure, server management, and network security. As part of CSA’s IT team, you will ensure that all IT systems, servers, and networks are running efficiently, while providing troubleshooting support for all technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CSA’s IT servers and infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT queries, including network and server management.
- Administer IT security systems to protect CSA’s digital assets.
- Provide support in a multi-site environment, ensuring smooth IT operations across various locations.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- National Diploma in Information Technology (NQF 6) or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (NQF 7) is advantageous.
- Azure or MCSE international certification, or equivalent.
- Network+ or CISCO certifications (NQF 5) are a plus.
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT Server Management and troubleshooting.
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT Security management.
- Experience in multi-site IT environments is an advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in ITIL disciplines would be beneficial.
