1. Staff Nurse (Grade 1 to Grade 3) – Rosenhof Special School

Salary: R209,112 – R362,187 per annum
Location: Rosenhof Special School, Bloemfontein

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • A qualification that allows for registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Staff Nurse.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with youth with severe emotional and behavioral challenges is an advantage.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Key Duties:

  • Provide clinical nursing care in accordance with professional scope and nursing standards.
  • Promote quality nursing care in the health facility.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure proper nursing care.
  • Demonstrate effective communication with patients, supervisors, and other clinicians.
  • Advocate for and respond to patient needs.

2. Child and Youth Care Worker (Grade 1 to Grade 3) – Rosenhof Special School

Salary: R174,711 – R231,042 per annum
Location: Rosenhof Special School, Bloemfontein

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate and Child Youth & Care Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with youth facing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges is beneficial.

Key Duties:

  • Support educators in addressing barriers to learning.
  • Offer integrated child and youth care services to learners with emotional and behavioral barriers.
  • Create Individual Developmental Plans (IDPs) and implement developmental support programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, observations, and activities.
