Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Social Work (NQF Level 6 or higher).
- Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in Human Resources.
- Valid driver’s license (Code B).
- Knowledge of Employee Health & Wellness Strategic Framework, HIV/AIDS and TB consultation services, and training facilitation.
Duties:
- Provide counseling, assessment, and referral services to employees.
- Market and train employees on the EHW programme.
- Develop and implement employee wellbeing policies.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and maintain stakeholder relationships.
