Available Positions
Agricultural Advisor: Animal Production (6 Posts)
- Salary: R376,413 per annum (Level 08), plus 37% in lieu of benefits.
- Location: Various locations including Bushbuckridge North, Mbombela, Nkomazi, Lekwa, Msukaligwa, and Steve Tshwete.
- Duration: 36 Months
- Requirements: A relevant agricultural qualification in Animal Production/Science at NQF Level 8, two years of experience, valid driver’s license, and SACNASP registration.
- Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor Assistant Agricultural Advisors, provide scientific and technical advice, and support government-funded agricultural projects.
Agricultural Advisor: Crop Production (17 Posts)
- Salary: R376,413 per annum (Level 08), plus 37% in lieu of benefits.
- Location: Various districts including Bushbuckridge, Thaba Chweu, Nkomazi, Mbombela, and more.
- Duration: 36 Months
- Requirements: A relevant qualification in Crop Science/Plant Production at NQF Level 8, two years of experience, valid driver’s license, and SACNASP registration.
- Responsibilities: Mentor and supervise Assistant Agricultural Advisors, provide technical advice to internal and external clients, and support sustainable agricultural production.
Agricultural Advisor: Extension & Advisory Services (2 Posts)
- Salary: R376,413 per annum (Level 08), plus 37% in lieu of benefits.
- Location: Head Office and Gert Sibande District.
- Duration: 36 Months
- Requirements: A qualification in Agricultural Extension at NQF Level 8, two years of experience, valid driver’s license, and SACNASP registration.
- Responsibilities: Liaise with stakeholders, supervise Assistant Agricultural Advisors, provide technical support on government-funded projects, and promote sustainable agricultural practices.
