Available Positions:
1. Senior Investigator
- Salary: R849,702 per annum (MMS Level 11)
- Location: Pretoria: Head Office
- Requirements:
- A B-degree (NQF level 7) or a Three-year Diploma (NQF level 6) in policing or criminal investigation.
- At least 10 years of criminal investigation experience, including 5 years in operational management.
- Training in advanced investigative techniques, money laundering, financial crimes, and forensic services is an advantage.
- Proven experience in testifying in regional and superior courts.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Zondo Commission Report, National Anti-Corruption Strategy, and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recommendations for South Africa.
- Duties:
- Strategic planning and management of criminal investigations.
- Coordination of national investigative projects.
- Ensuring effective stakeholder relations.
- Managing resources for criminal investigation operations.

2. Regional Court Prosecutor
- Salary: R597,753 – R1,374,714 per annum (Level LP-5 to LP-6)
- Location: Mmabatho (Taung)
- Requirements:
- An LLB degree.
- At least 4 years post-qualification legal experience.
- Proven ability to act independently and professionally in a court setting.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Duties:
- Study case dockets and decide on prosecution.
- Represent the State in regional courts.
- Draft charge sheets and conduct prosecutions.
- Promote integration with criminal justice system partners.

3. Data Analyst

- Three years of experience in criminal or forensic investigations.
- Competency in providing expert data analysis for criminal investigations.
- Experience testifying in regional courts.
- Strong management and leadership capabilities.
- Duties:
- Strategic planning and implementation of data analysis services.
- Conduct data analysis to support criminal investigations.
- Provide expert evidence in court proceedings.

- Knowledge of financial crimes, money laundering, and cyber forensics.
- Proven experience in crime scene management and report writing.

- Manage and implement criminal investigations.
- Coordinate criminal investigation projects.
- Ensure compliance with criminal investigation procedures and regulations.
