1. District Court Control Prosecutor
- Salary: R597 753 – R1 374 714 per annum
- Location: Kimberley (Galeshewe) & Upington
- Requirements: An LLB, 4+ years post-qualification legal experience, and experience in prosecuting complex offenses. Applicants should have strong management, administrative, and organizational skills, and be capable of working independently.
- Duties: This role involves managing prosecutors, preparing complex court cases, drafting charge sheets, and representing the State in criminal proceedings.
2. Head Control Prosecutor
- Salary: R597 753 – R1 374 714 per annum
- Location: Kimberley (Barkley West)
- Requirements: LLB, 4+ years legal experience, and proficiency in prosecuting complex criminal cases. Strong management, communication, and administrative skills are required.
- Duties: Manage and train prosecutors, oversee criminal case proceedings, and ensure effective administration of the District Court.
3. Regional Court Prosecutor
- Salary: R597 753 – R1 374 714 per annum
- Location: Mmabatho (Molopo) & Queenstown
- Requirements: LLB, 4+ years legal experience, and proven experience in prosecuting serious criminal cases in the Regional Court.
- Duties: Draft charge sheets, represent the State in criminal trials, and handle court proceedings in both District and Regional Courts.
4. Financial Investigator (X8 Posts)
- Salary: R444 036 per annum
- Location: Pretoria (Head Office)
- Requirements: An appropriate degree or diploma in Forensic Investigation, Auditing, or Criminal Investigation, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Duties: Conduct financial investigations, provide administrative support for case management, and engage with stakeholders.
5. Investigator (X5 Posts)
- Salary: R444 036 per annum
- Location: Pretoria (Head Office)
- Requirements: A B-degree in policing or criminal investigation, with at least 5 years’ experience in criminal investigations.
- Duties: Conduct and coordinate criminal investigations, participate in national projects, and manage stakeholder relations.
