1. Deputy Director: Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Salary: R849,702 per annum (Level 11)
  • Location: Mmabatho
  • Requirements:
    • 3-year tertiary qualification (NQF level 6)
    • At least 6 years of relevant experience, with 3 years at Assistant Director level
    • Knowledge of HIV/AIDS programs and M&E methodologies
    • Valid driver’s license
  • Duties: Monitor the implementation of HIV, TB, and STI programs, develop M&E frameworks, and coordinate reports.

2. Assistant Director: Planning & Research

  • Salary: R444,036 per annum (Level 09)
  • Location: Mmabatho
  • Requirements:
    • 3-year tertiary qualification (NQF level 6)
    • 3-5 years of experience, 2 of which should be at a supervisory level
    • Knowledge of research methods, HIV strategies, and financial management
  • Duties: Coordinate HIV-related research, develop strategic plans, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

3. Assistant Director: District Coordination

  • Salary: R444,036 per annum (Level 09)
  • Location: Mmabatho
  • Requirements:
    • 3-year tertiary qualification (NQF level 6)
    • 3-5 years of experience, 2 years at a supervisory level
    • Experience in project management and HIV policy frameworks
  • Duties: Coordinate HIV and AIDS strategies at the district level, facilitate multi-sectoral partnerships, and monitor program implementation.

4. District Coordinator: Provincial Council on AIDS

  • Salary: R308,154 per annum (Level 07)
  • Location: Ngaka Modiri Molema and Bojanala
  • Requirements:
    • 3-year tertiary qualification (NQF level 6)
    • 2-3 years of relevant experience
    • Valid driver’s license
  • Duties: Coordinate and monitor district implementation of HIV, TB, and STI strategies, and support local Civil Society participation.

5. Administrative Clerk: Provincial Council on AIDS

  • Salary: R216,417 per annum (Level 05)
  • Location: Mmabatho
  • Requirements:
    • National Higher Certificate (NQF level 5)
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • Basic knowledge of HIV strategies and government procedures
  • Duties: Provide clerical support across various functional areas including supply chain, personnel administration, and financial services.
