Job Overview
As a Head Chef, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the Parliament kitchen, ensuring that meals and catering services are delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and cost menus to suit diverse tastes.
- Order supplies and manage stock efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience
To qualify, you must have:
- Educational Background:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4.
- National Diploma in Professional Cookery or a related field (NQF Level 6).
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in professional cookery, including 3 years as a Head Chef or similar role.
