Position Overview
As a Change Specialist, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction on change management activities at an organizational transformation level. Your role includes facilitating change within ICT projects and training programs to ensure minimal resistance and maximum stakeholder commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Change Leadership Strategies – Define and implement a structured approach to change management.
- Organizational Effectiveness – Drive transformation initiatives to support Transnet’s goals.
- Leadership Coaching – Act as a coach for senior leaders, executives, and general managers.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
- Change Implementation – Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with ICT transformation.
- Training & Capacity Building – Develop e-learning platforms and training strategies for ICT projects.
- Performance Monitoring – Track and measure the impact of change initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
✔ Degree in Change Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
✔ 5+ years of experience in people transformation and change management within a large organization
✔ Expertise in training, leadership development, and business change techniques
✔ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
✔ Proficiency in business acumen and risk management
