1. Storekeeper

Qualifications:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Certificate in stock control

Experience and Knowledge:

  • 2 years’ experience in a stores environment
  • Basic understanding of stock management procedures and quality control

Job Description:

As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for packing, dispatching, and receiving stock, ensuring the quality of goods while receiving deliveries. You will also ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and relevant legislation to ensure that operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect stock deliveries.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is properly stored and dispatched.
  • Maintain records and comply with internal processes and external regulations.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the application of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA), Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), and Treasury Regulations.

Job Description:

As a Buyer, your primary role will be to ensure that all procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. You’ll facilitate the acquisition of goods and services while adhering to the principles of fairness, transparency, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement of goods and services for uShaka Marine World.
  • Ensure compliance with the MFMA, PFMA, and other relevant regulations.
