Key Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you will provide general administrative and clerical support to the Isango Lethemba TB Research Unit. Your duties will include:
- Document Management: Assist with printing, copying, and binding documents, ensuring that all materials are organized and easily accessible.
- Environment Maintenance: Keep the workplace clean, organized, and conducive to work.
- Financial Administration: Handle petty cash requisition vouchers, ensure they are signed off, and reconcile payments daily.
- Participant Reimbursement: Process participant reimbursements, either by cash or e-wallet transactions.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety measures are followed when transporting staff and patients.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with stakeholders, maintaining a high level of customer centricity.
- Self-Management: Take responsibility for your own work, ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently met.
Additionally, you will be expected to continuously develop your skills and contribute to a positive working environment by maintaining a professional attitude and openness to feedback.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12/Matric
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative environment. Experience working in a TB/HIV environment is an advantage.
Desirable Skills and Abilities
