1. Divisional Coordinator: CTO (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

As the Divisional Coordinator reporting to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for managing the CTO’s office and ensuring the smooth running of activities within the division. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling correspondence, managing meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating reports, divisional activities, and contract management.
  • Managing human resource-related activities, including tracking performance objectives.
  • Taking minutes in meetings and ensuring logistics are in place.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • National Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or Secretarial qualifications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in office management, report writing, and financial management.

2. Manager: Risk (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

This position is crucial in managing and mitigating risks to ensure the long-term profitability of Broadband Infraco. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments and developing risk management policies.
  • Managing operational risk registers and creating risk mitigation strategies.
  • Overseeing insurance management, fraud awareness, and compliance with policies.
  • Developing and submitting risk management reports and handling whistle-blowing policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree or diploma in Risk Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management.
  • Experience with ITC risk management is advantageous.

3. IT: Network Administrator (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT, this role involves the management of the company’s network security and infrastructure. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing network security topologies and firewall management.
  • Performing system administration tasks for desktop and server systems.
  • Troubleshooting network issues and enhancing security measures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve network outages and deployment challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • National Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
  • ITIL, COBIT, Microsoft MCSE, and CCNA certifications.
  • Over 4 years of experience in systems development, infrastructure management, and network support.
