Post 1: Administrative Officer – Western Cape Police Ombudsman

Salary: R308 154 – R362 994 per annum (Level 07)
Requirements:

  • 1–2 year post-matric qualification (or higher)
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficiency in IT systems (recommended)

Duties:

  • Provide secretarial and receptionist services
  • Deliver administrative office support
  • Assist with financial and supply chain management
  • Manage registry and knowledge systems

Post 2: Personal Assistant – Western Cape Police Ombudsman

Reference No: POCS 04/2025
Salary: R308 154 – R362 994 per annum (Level 07)
Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with a secretarial diploma or NQF level 5 admin qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting senior management
  • Valid Code B (or higher) driving licence
  • Proficiency in IT systems (recommended)

Duties:

  • Provide secretarial/receptionist support to the Ombudsman
  • Offer general and admin office support
  • Maintain compliance with Public Service procedures and policies
