Salary: R308 154 – R362 994 per annum (Level 07)
Requirements:
- 1–2 year post-matric qualification (or higher)
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Proficiency in IT systems (recommended)
Duties:
- Provide secretarial and receptionist services
- Deliver administrative office support
- Assist with financial and supply chain management
- Manage registry and knowledge systems

Salary: R308 154 – R362 994 per annum (Level 07)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a secretarial diploma or NQF level 5 admin qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting senior management
- Valid Code B (or higher) driving licence
- Proficiency in IT systems (recommended)
Duties:
- Provide secretarial/receptionist support to the Ombudsman
- Offer general and admin office support
- Maintain compliance with Public Service procedures and policies
