1. Senior Supply Chain Management Clerk: Demand and Acquisition

Ref No: 3/1/5/1-24/05
Location: Pretoria
Salary: R255,450 per annum (Level 06)

Key Requirements:

  • A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Management, Logistics Management, or related fields.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in demand and acquisition management.
  • Strong skills in interpreting and applying procurement legislation (PFMA, PPPFA, etc.) and working with procurement platforms like LOGIS.

Key Duties:

  • Advise clients on media buying, specifications, and deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant procurement policies and legislation.
  • Serve as a secretariat to procurement committees and assist with bid processes.
  • Maintain and update contract registers and supplier performance evaluations.

2. Senior Supply Chain Management Clerk: Logistics and Compliance

Ref No: 3/1/5/1-24/06
Location: Pretoria
Salary: R255,450 per annum (Level 06)

Key Requirements:

  • A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Management, Logistics, or related fields.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in logistics and compliance management.
  • Proficient in working with LOGIS and procurement integration systems.

Key Duties:

  • Verify e-requisitions for compliance with department policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on procurement systems such as SharePoint and LOGIS.
  • Handle inquiries related to requisitions and orders, ensuring efficient client services.
  • Provide regular reports on requisitions and procurement status.
