Post Title: Personal Assistant to Executive Director
Salary: R374,822.25 per annum (excluding benefits)
Appointment: Indefinite
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma or SAQA Level 6 in Administration or equivalent
- Valid EB Driver’s Licence
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an executive-level secretarial role (2 years supporting a Senior Manager)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven skills in minute-taking, report writing, financial admin, and event coordination
- Knowledge of MS Project and Access (advantageous)
Key Duties:
- General office and communication management
- Financial and administrative coordination
- Event and travel arrangements
- Stakeholder relationship support
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Health and safety liaison
Post Title: Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
Salary: R374,822.25 per annum (excluding benefits)
Appointment: Indefinite
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma or SAQA Level 6 in Administration or equivalent
- Valid EB Driver’s Licence
- Minimum 4 years in executive secretarial support
- Administrative, budgeting and expenditure analysis experience
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in drafting minutes and reports
Key Duties:
- Support the CEO in strategic and operational functions
- Administer internal communications and stakeholder coordination
- Financial reporting and coordination
- Office and records management
- Oversight of administrative performance
