Key Outputs:
- Oversee finance, HR, communication, and legal admin processes.
- Ensure SOP and policy implementation and compliance.
- Risk identification and mitigation.
- Contract and budget management.
- Procurement, petty cash, asset, and fleet management.
- Business Intelligence (BI) report management.
- Lead and manage a diverse admin team.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) + NQF 6/ National Diploma in Financial Management or Accounting.
- Supply Chain Management qualification is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 5 years’ administrative experience, 2 years in management.
- Proficiency in financial, HR, and supply chain systems.
- Strong knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and Legal Aid SA Act.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
