Post Title: Administration Manager

Salary: Level 10 – R552,081.00 per annum plus benefits
Nature of Position: Permanent

Key Outputs:

  • Oversee finance, HR, communication, and legal admin processes.
  • Ensure SOP and policy implementation and compliance.
  • Risk identification and mitigation.
  • Contract and budget management.
  • Procurement, petty cash, asset, and fleet management.
  • Business Intelligence (BI) report management.
  • Lead and manage a diverse admin team.

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric) + NQF 6/ National Diploma in Financial Management or Accounting.
  • Supply Chain Management qualification is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum 5 years’ administrative experience, 2 years in management.
  • Proficiency in financial, HR, and supply chain systems.
  • Strong knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and Legal Aid SA Act.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
