2. Human Resource Manager
Salary: R680 103.13 per annum
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management (NQF Level 7)
- Minimum 5 years’ senior-level HR experience in local government
- Valid driver’s license
Key Duties: Lead HR services, oversee recruitment, labour relations, payroll, and ensure legislative compliance.
