- Matric and at least 7 years of relevant financial experience.

Duties:
- Administer BAS payments and monitor expenditure.
- Prepare financial reports and provide assistance to the Finance Manager.

2. Admin Officer: Early Childhood Development Funding (Ref No: 5)
Location: Cape Town
Salary: R308 154 per annum
This role involves verifying prescribed documents for payment, ensuring compliance with funding policies, and offering support to programme offices. A strong background in financial administration and experience with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) is essential.
Key Requirements:
- A National Diploma or B-degree.
- Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Prescripts, and the NPO Act.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Duties:
- Verify and monitor compliance with funding conditions.
- Support Programme Offices with funding functions.
- Supervise staff and assist in conflict management.
3. Works Inspector (Ref No: 4)
Location: Mitchells Plain
Salary: R255 450 per annum
The Works Inspector will be responsible for preparing specifications for maintenance work, conducting inspections on construction projects, and assisting schools with infrastructure management. This role requires a National Diploma in Building, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an N3 qualification with a Trade Test.
Key Requirements:
- National Diploma or N3 with a passed Trade Test in a relevant field.
- One year’s experience in infrastructure management.
- Valid driver’s license and computer literacy.
Duties:
- Draft reports and proposals related to maintenance work.
- Monitor progress and quality of infrastructure projects.
- Assist schools with developing maintenance plans.
4. Works Inspector (Ref No: 8)
Location: Paarl
Salary: R255 450 per annum
Similar to the Mitchells Plain role, this Works Inspector position in Paarl requires expertise in infrastructure maintenance, project management, and the development of Bills of Quantities for various construction-related works. A National Diploma or N3 with a passed Trade Test is essential.

- National Diploma or N3 with a Trade Test.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Duties:
- Monitor and assess infrastructure projects.
- Assist schools with maintenance planning and management.
- Conduct condition assessments on existing school infrastructure.
5. Administration Clerk (Ref No: 10)
Location: Kuils River
Salary: R216 417 per annum
As an Administration Clerk at the Cape Teaching & Leadership Institute, your duties will include providing logistical and administrative support for course delivery, supply chain services, and financial administration. A Grade 12 certificate is required, and proficiency in at least two of the Western Cape’s official languages is a plus.
Key Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Proficiency in two or more official languages of the Western Cape.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties:
- Provide clerical support for programme delivery.
- Assist with supply chain and financial administration.
- Organize and plan logistics for educational events.
